For many people, grief support groups makes the process a little
easier by building connections with others who are also grieving.
Grief support groups show to have a positive impact on mental
health. One study found that these helped to reduce depressive symptoms in people who had lost a loved one by over 80%.
The ultimate goal of my grief support group is to take you beyond your initial reactions to the loss. The purpose for me is to get you to the place where you can live with the loss in a healthy way.
I am committed to sharing with you the tools that can aid in growing with our grief. I will break down different types of grief, how they impact us and what we can do to ease the suffering. I'm glad you're here.
